The house has original hardwood flooring, which was refinished in 2003.
The kitchen and baths were redone at that same time. The second floor bath is all new--it had been a bedroom. It has a tile floor and shower, the latter with glass door, along with a salvaged clawfoot tub, new sink and toilet.
The bedrooms have original floors and trim. The larger bedroom has a pair of french doors that open on to a balcony/deck that overlooks the neighboring horse farm. A perfect spot for morning coffee!
